The calculation is based on the average annual sales of vegan dishes in a restaurant. This results in a water saving of 151,982,384 liters compared to a restaurant offering equivalent dishes with animal ingredients in the same quantity.
Assumption: You order a Pink Edgy Burger, a Nugget Salad and Tiramisu for dessert for your date and yourself. Comparable conventional meals contain chicken, eggs and ingredients made from processed cow’s milk.
